Pain on my right heel

Just got a new bike and my right heel is really painful.

I think I have got it from cycling and I have the pedals which you stick your toes in on my road bike.

What am I doing wrong to get this pain as it's only on one side

I assume you have toe clips chip. Im only guess, other folk mat give better advice but perhaps the toe clip holds the foot in one direction when in fact it naturally want to point in another.
