I am an improving cyclist I have recently noticed aches and pains in my glutes which for intensity are worse than the fatigue in my other leg muscles after my longer rides.
I have looked it up and it is due to not stretching my flexor muscles.
I have looked this up on the tinternet and they suggest stretching I have found some stretches specific to this issue can anyone suggest stretches I should be doing generally to make my cycling more comfortable?
Please help

Search Yoga for cyclists on Youtube. It is difficult to start with but it does help
