packing frames

ok going to throw this open for chat

sending a frame how do you pack it !

i always try and cover as much tubework as poss with pipe insulation around them ans then place inside cardboard box and secure , ends up tipping 8 - 9 kg in total

how do other people pack frames !

I protect the tubing as you say, but I also 'chock' both drop outs as well.

When posting a frame, I put some tightly wedged timber between the front forks and rear stays.
