I have decided I need to get some overshoes after getting very cold wet feet on my way home last night - and it wasn't even raining - it was just cold and I hit a couple of puddles, and I don't have any mudguards!
Now there appear to be two main types of overshoes from what I've seen in my local evans:
1. Techy fabric looking things
2. Rubbery looking things.
I guess 2 are more waterproof and warmer than 1, but potentially a great deal less breathable?
How serious a material do I need to keep the water out of my shoes and a little more warmth kept in?
