overshoes which ones?

hi, looking to invest in a pair of overshoes wanted a pair i could wear from now through to spring which will keep the cold at bay in the winter months! but not to bulky if thats not asking too much? remarks appreciated

I suggest you get a pair of Proper waterPROOF overshoes. Most overshoes advertised are not waterPROOF just wind resisitant...whichj is ok for keeping your toes warm on a dry cold day but totally hopeless on a wet day..of which we here in the UK are blessed with many.
