hi after overshoes, and with the vast choice after some recommendations? not to bulky but warm and dry

I have these. Billed as waterproof, as opposed to merely keeping your feet warm, and have that sort of feel. Necessarily a pretty tight fit- have kept dry on shorter rides. Not tested em any further than that
