Hi I thought I had posted about our ride we did for the Devon Air Ambulance Trust last month (Looks like I did not, very busy month)
We rode from The seaside in Paignton, South Devon to Ilfracombe in North Devon on Mountain bikes both on and off road over Dartmoor and through Okehampton to eventually arrive at Ilfracombe harbour to raise money after I was airlifted off Dartmoor last year with a broken neck after a mountain bike accident, I have since made a full recovery thanks to the speed I got to the hospital thanks to the Air Ambulance.

We started at 7am in Paignton and arrived in Ilfracombe at 11pm after a very long day in the saddle we rode 163km with over 2800 meters of climbing
If you could spare a few ££ for a fantastic charity that you never know when you may need it (as I found out last year) it would be much appreciated
