Anybody out there with a osymetric at all?

Some feel they give you an added overall power boost, some say it's a marketing gimmick.

I'm taking the compact off my Scentron soon, and looking to replace it with something, lets say a little more sprinter friendly. - Any info would be good

Osymetric might have some benefits (although i am sceptical) but sprinting wont be one. I think the only sprinter that has used them is Greg Henderson and he is more of a leadout. Sprinters tend to be early adopters of new kit that they think will give an edge - aero helmets, skinsuits, oversized stems, aero frames, di2 sprint buttons etc so the lack of elliptical rings is telling IMO.

Besides a compact is plenty sprinter friendly - a 50x11 is a big gear. Learn to spin

I have run q-rings and osymetric and at various points I have been very much for them, and now at a stage where I feel they have a placebo effect as much as anything.
I find them more suited to time trial bikes and similar as you often spend a lot of time on the same ring. The quality of shifting on my Dura-Ace Di2 bikes is seriously compromised with these rings which is why I do not use them.

As @zizou states my sprinter friendly bike is an aero road bike, it has areo road bars, oversized stif stem, Di2 with sprint buttons and aero wheels and a normal 53/39 and a 11/28
I have run q-rings and osymetric on this particular bike and do no more through choice.
