Oria speciale Tubing

I'm looking a moser with Oria speciale. I want to know whether this tubing is any good? And how much is a complete moser with this tubing worth? Because I see that some misers go for a lot of money however these ones seem to have Columbus tubing, not this Oria speciale. Any help would be very much appreciated, thanks

My Moser has Oria Tubing, one of the lightest frames I have. Any pics of the frame or decals? Oria Tubing is certainly not shabby, a Google search should throw up a few comparison tables.
