Selling my beloved Orbea due to injury. Put it up for sale a while ago put decided against it. still haven't used it so unfortunately its gotta go.

I had this Orbea Aqua San Remo with Tiagra kit but removed everything and started from scratch with just the frame (size 60).Also kept the Orbea carbon fibre seatpost and Selle Italia seat.
handle bars are Ritchey wcs Pro Logic wet white and stem is the same (110mm).
bar tape is Lizard skin.
shifters are Ultegra 6700.
Brakes front and rear are ultegra 6700 (yes I know the quick release is in the wrong position on the picture).
Chainset - Ultegra 6700 Compact 172.5mm Cranks.
front & rear Derailleur-Ultegra 6700 Rear is medium as I got this for the compact chainset and cassette which is Ultegra 6700 11-28.
Wheels are Mavic Aksium.
Chain - Ultegra 6700.
Only change i've done since pics were taken is that i've fitted it with an FSA Ceramic bottom bracket which retails for £160.

On the bottom picture you can see on the downtube where I cleaned the bike with a power washer and some paint came off.

This bike with set up has done roughly 200 miles at the most. I've been injured for some time now and require another operation so I won't get chance to use this for maybe a year or so.

Not sure on what price to sell this for. I have spent a lot of money on all of the components but the frame isn't the greatest (think its triple butted and forks are carbon).

I will put the price around £900 ono. Not sure if that is not enough or too much but all the components cost more than this.

Any Q's......feel free to ask. Bike is in Plymouth and would be collected in person.

I will also include both carbon fibre bottle holders and LOOK KEO Easy Pedals.
I personally think that this is a great price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only to say it's a lovely bike and i have saved a couple of pics. My Defy 1 is also white and you have given me ideas on upgrading the black tyres & bar tape.

I LIKE

The only thing I would say is that you might have more success/interest if you were willing to split the bike for parts. Obviously realise if you'd probably prefer not to do this, however.

Was going to put it on ebay but their listing and price for selling are a rip off! Thought I would put it on here first.

After looking at prices etc. I would say this is worth 800 so price now changed to....you guessed....£800 :-)

You can list for cheap as long as you start at 99p, and use a photo hosting site to paste pictures into the listing instead of uploading them through the eBay system.

You obviously need your wits about you when you start at 99p, but there are ways and means of ensuring you get what you want for it ;)

The ideal is someone coming to look at it and negotiating a sale there and then, cash sale, end item, no silly final valuation fees, happy days.

I've decided not to sell. I'm having another operation in September and hopefully this one will work (fingers crossed for 3rd time lucky :-) ). I think I was just getting rid of it at first because of self doubt but cycling is really the only sport I can do now (used to surf, run, etc) so i would like to stick with it instead of giving in. Very sorry.

By the way. i'm around 6'4 (not sure of inside leg). 60cm frame is ok for me but could possibly go to a 58 frame. Hope this helps :-)
