Ok, so I have been whining about my knees for a while now....but the 6th of July I have a Lateral release which is a minor op, should see me off crutches within 4 weeks and fully recovered within 4 months.
Anybody have any experience about how successful this is?
Any horror stories? (it is only a 75% success rate which is a tad concerning, but it's not about the statistics)
