On One Pompino 144 BCD Hollowtech II Track Crankset

I've been looking to upgrade the crankset on my Pompino but it seems that a 144 BCD Hollowtech II Track Crankset is as rare as rocking horse sh@:, am I missing something here and what are my options?

Apologies for the dirty bike, I have not cleaned after this mornings ride

Your options are any other crankset you like. Not entirely sure what you're asking, to be honest.

I was after another suitable Hollowtech crankset and not having to change the BB but I can't find any 144BCD Hollowtech cranks anywhere.

Easiest and possibly cheaper option would be to change the bottom bracket to square taper then you can more or less fit whichever crank you like.

I though this to be the option, it's a shame because I like the external BB.

You already have a 144bcd HT2 crank - why do you need another..??? In any case, why does it need to be 144bcd..??

SRAM Omnium is an external BB track crankset with a 144 spider, but you will need another BB.
