Personally at the moment I am appreciating lighter tv fare. I found myself watching "The IT Crowd". Laughed at the episode where they went to see "Gay!" The musical.

Any other recommendations? I might try to get a dose of Mrs Bucket if I can. But please, no "Are you being served?" which for some reason is one of the more popular Brit coms over here. I'm quite serious when I say I've been asked about AYBS quite a few times. Sadly Fawlty Towers is not as appreciated over here....

I recently discovered This Country.... it's a slow burner, but very authentic.

NSFW due to a few sweary words.

Love the "IT Crowd", although sometimes I think of it as a documentary, covering the early years of my life in IT!

Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin was always my favourite, not because it was side-splittingly funny but because I always felt sorry for poor Reggie, there was a feeling of pathos running through it. The episode where Reggie almost achieved his dream of bedding Joan was the saddest of all, everything went wrong and you felt so sorry for him.
