Hello,
amongst a few other bikes, I have an old Viking that I would appreciate your help with trying to identify.
It has a frame number on the rear right hand hanger: H (or possibly 11) then a gap and 14417.
On the underside of the bottom bracket I have 62/64.
The headstock badge is an oval aluminium one, which according to the classic viking cycles website would place the bike around 1953 to 1960.
The bike was a 5 speed, drop bars and I hope to restore it to a 10 or 12 speed and fit mudguards and rack. I plan to give it to my son and he can use it for 50 to 100 mile cycles locally, which for us is the Highlands.
Thanks for any help, Michael
