Do posts get deleted after a certain time period? I were scrolling through Classifieds and its got stuff from 2007 so just thinking from a practical view
and from a technical view would deleting them free up data space ie quota etc

I think before the C+ / BikeRadar exodus there was very little activity on CC.
I do wonder quite how much hard disk space we're filling up with drivel about chocolate and cake though...

Lots and lots of room available for cake threads, so no need to worry about disk space. I like having the old posts for reference too - some of them are still very relevant and they're a great source of past experiences (and inspiration).
