Old Folder to identify, please

I've just posted a thread in the Folders forum asking to identify a sixties-looking folder that's come my way. If anyone feels so inclined, your help in identifying it will be most appreciated and I'll buy you a cuppa and cake should our paths cross in the future (no time restriction applies to this offer...). @Gastroped for some reason I think BSA but don't ask me why .
What's the head badge saying? Just looked at other post and seen the S on the head badge .
Hub if original is from 1984

Does rather look like a BSA head badge.
Trouble is many of these folders were made in the far east and then bought by any number of manufacturers who put their badge on them, plus the UK home grown ones of course.

Looks like a bike from a catalog, Empire Store, Grattans and the like. The dynamo braze on is not usually a home grown feature.
