Old computer stuff

Does anyone want it? I have boxes of old cables and peripherals - mostly mac. Was state of the art back in the day, but I doubt I'll ever use it. Do I skip it or is there someone or somewhere as could use it?

Also tons of old licenced software - Quark, Illustrator, even pagemaker etc.

My son's a computer nerd, he loves playing with old junk. I'll ask him tomorrow. Although I don't know if I want him to get more!..

Funnily enough I was clearing out the garage the other day, and came across a box of about 100 unused 5.25" floppy discs that I unwisely bulk purchased just as 3.5" discs were becoming ubiquitous.

If anyone has a use for them please PM me - otherwise they are going on the next trip to the tip.

i've got a cupboard full of old macs; an old working powerbook 180 is probably the pic of the bunch history wise. i offered them to bletchley park museum, but they had all of them anyway.

I would be interested if there was any audio cables, HDMI cables or other useful video cabling. I dont do "Apple" so any mac specific wires or software would be useless.

More importantly, are you within cycling distance!

I've got a Windows 3.11 distribution box, still shrink wrapped in the loft. Has about 12 discs inside it!
