On twitter, just now, a Mr Mark Cavendish tweeted this:

There's only 1 bike path on Isle of Man. It's 3km long. A guy was walking in it & when I rode past he shouted "it's not a race track!" ....?​

It makes you wonder, did he know who he was shouting at?
