On Tuesday got a call from the Doc's surgery.Last Thursday had a blood test.Follow up from last years Cholesterol test.Would i please come in at 10-00 on Thursday.The Doctor wants to talk to you.
Oh dear.I know i have slipped a bit since xmas.Back on buns,cakes My fav Cheese and a few pints and a touch of red wine.
But i have been down in the dumps cos of the knee.I hope i don't get a whacking.
And i am back cycling ok not fast but today 41 super miles.
Wish me luck that it's nowt to worry about.
