Oakleys Fake or Real?

Hi all,

I was about to purchase these but luckly noticed the seller lived in my area. So asked to collect them. When i was about to hand over the money i asked for paper work and he said their was none as they were custom from america, so i asked if there was any serial number on them. He said no for the same reason they were custom. Then when looking at the box i noticed that the price sticker was in pounds, also the box was fairly battered.

So the question i ask you is are these fake or real? No actual pictures of the item displayed only oakley's.
Also is it worth reporting him to Ebay?

Well, he seems to sell a lot of oakley glasses, so he should be able to show some paperwork even if it was a purchase order/delivery note or something to that effect.
