can I swap out a quick release wheel for another wheel with a nutted axle , it's on a cube peloton ( so carbon fork), the nutted wheel is deep section with a 28 , will this b ok ? I assume the forks will b fine with this

Yes, I assume you are dropping in a front track wheel. Just watch the nuts don't chew the paint up !

It's just a better quality wheel ,sealed bearing hub , deep section rim and a 28mm tyre fitted , spins for ages and looks cool lol , it has track nuts fitted so chewing up the paint is a possibility il need to b careful

Put a flat washer between nut and fork. Do not forget to carry a spanner with you.

Just a thought, if it is a track wheel does it have a braking surface?

If the wheel has truck nuts then the flange is designed to rotate independently of the nut, so it should grip the fork rather than rotate as you tighten the nut.

Does the fork have an alloy drop out insert insert?

Possible problems with swapping a QR axle for a solid nutted axle are that there isn't enough space between the axle and the lawyer lips for the nut, or that part of the fork gets in the way of turning the spanner.
The former is more likely with proper track nuts with the rotating flange than with plain nuts, and the latter is fairly common on the rear but unusual on the front
