Hi Everyone, a question on behalf of SWMBO
We are preparing for the Etape and she is wondering about nutrition. Neither of us have done 81 miles before, and SWMBO has an underactive thyroid & is on HRT. She can get tired very easily and i'm sure that could be improved with better nutrition prior to cycling (and a better diet in general but tell her I said that!)!
If any of you have some ideas or pointers for her; and me for that matter, i'd appreciate it!
