so, I moved to a new place last month and I just started to commute again (14 miles now instead of 4).
After every commute I feel really really cold for hours. My body refuses to produce heat.
I read somewhere that it's because I tend to not eat much after the rides.
Any ideas ?

Obvious first question - are you saying you get warm (as normal) while riding, but then when you cool down afterwards you then get too cold and stay that way?

It's not just that the new place is colder and you need to wear more clothes in the office?

Do you have breakfast before you go? If you think you are not eating enough, you could try taking a banana to eat when you get there.

No idea really - just some thoughts!

I'm fine until I get to the office or home in the evening. I do have breakfast in the morning.
I tried wearing warmer clothes but I still feel cold.

A commute of 14 miles shouldn't make any real difference; mine's 12-20 miles each way and I sometimes have a snack when I arrive but not very often.

It may depend on the pace you're riding at (faster=you're warmer) and I'd suggest layering clothing.

my pace is medium.
I get very very cold for a few hours after I finished cycling. I am fine during it.
the environment's temperature is quite warm. Everyone is wearing tshirts.

i was having this issue. i just make sure i layer up after i come in, even when i feel plenty warm enough. so if i'm cycling in shorts and a tshirt, i change into jeans and add a thick hoodie when i get in. that seems to balance things out. if i get really cold (or forget my gloves), i have a hot drink too.
