Does anyone know what I need to put into the phone so someone* can't do 1471 on the call please?

* nothing dodgy, just ringing the estate agents about next door to find out how much negative equity I've got.

Unless you are trading to a higher priced house in which case the reduction %age on the larger one will be greater than the %age loss on your own... + very good time to buy as prices will be reasonably stable and mortgage lenders are keen to lend to people with the right level of deposit so don't write moving off yet if you need more space and a bigger house.... unless you can extend your existing one cheaper and put more value into it that way.... but be careful never to spend more than you add to it's value.
