numb foot

hi guys
over the last few weeks i have noticed my left foot goes numb after a few miles could it be my seat position
or could it be the way i have set my cleats only been riding a couple off months

I just got some new shoes and I've found my toes sometimes go numb about the 7/8 mile mark. It doesn't really bother me, its just a bit strange.

Shoes too tight, cleats wrong position, are just a couple of possibles.

Shoe soles too flexy, not enough support from pedals, feet hot from too thick socks, saddle height wrong

I struggle with my right foot, the left is usually fine, guess which I unclip and which I don't...get off the bike and stand from time to time, or at least unclip feet

As above assumign your shoes are not too tight /socks to thick then it could be your cleats are too far forward .

I had same issue, so I bought Shimano wide shoes, problem solved.(and .5 extra size, I am a 10, so got 10.5)

thanks for the replys will alter my cleat i think its to far to the right
