The Moda is far better speced, 21" is a very big frame for an MTB how tall are you?

I'd check the standover clearance on the 21" frame if I were you..

I'm over 6'1" (although with comparatively short legs) and found a 20" frame just that bit too tight round the gentlemans area for comfort.
