Well looked out the window this morning and the rain was comming down thought should I stay at home?Then thought it's only a bit of rain so got ready and headed out.Started at 8.30am to do 50 miles had a great ride,met lots of nice people,so glad I did it!!

Three of us started at about 07:30 and ended up on 106 miles... Even the rain and wind didn't stop people enjoying the day...

free Adnams? that is a real incentive to ride that event. One year I asked one of the girls at the finish line who was handing out the free beer tokens if I could have another one and she happily gave me another free beer token - what a happy day!

Yep I left at 7 and trudged through the rain for the first couple of hours, but made the full hundred (first one) Really enjoyed the event and good to see the fun atmosphere at the end.
