Northern Europe cycle maps

Hello,
I'm planning a big cycle from Amsterdam to Copenhagen via Germany. I've been looking for a map to help me along the way but I've not found anything that covers these 3 countries.

Anyone know of a map specializing in these 3 countries ? Or should I just leave it to google maps?

Pretty much any old map at around 150k to 200k will do (I managed one tour with a 500k I picked up at Kastrup Airport )- not a tricky journey - look on the Stanford Website

Yep i second Stanfords.

Currently using Michelin and Google maps ( cycle routes ) on my phone daily. Very good.
