North to South

Just recovering from a North Wales to South Wales ride in aid of the Welsh Air Ambulance Service in the company of Fairweather, Rocket Ryan, Rev. Phil and Grinder Jones. Weather was fabulous as was the scenery and company.

Just got back from Lardsters house, had a look at the pics from the weekend. There are some crackers - sure he'll get them on here soon. Now then, does anyone have any advice on how to get the legs working again? I have to go to work tomorrow and i'm wondering if i'll be able to get my socks on - this mornings attempt was a definate you-tuberism!!! and i've got a 20 mile TT in Sunday - oh dear...
