I need to get some better cycling glasses - my cheap yellow endura glasses are starting to fall apart, and I never really liked them very much - and with it getting darker on my journey home could do with interchangable lenses so I can have dark lenses during the sunny day (when we get a sunny day!) and clear ones at night to avoid getting insects in my eyes.

However, your conventional modern what I'd call Oakley-esque glasses really don't suit me. I have a fair beard, and trying on your aggressively angled frowning cycling glasses makes me look like someone inspired by Dog The Bounty Hunter. I look utterly daft. I can deal with tight lycra these days, but the glasses just aren't, well, me.

I've seen more 'casual' designed glasses out there, but they don't seem to do interchangable lenses as far as I can see.

Is there anything out there I may have missed?

I don't want to turn this into a helmet style debate, but in fifteen years f cycling I've never sustained an eye injury on the bike. Are you sure they're absolutely neceserry?

I just wear normal sunnies during the day.

If you ever use yellow lenses on a dull day you will not want to go out again on a dull day without them , its a bit like the sun coming out when you put them on.

Yellow lenses make every day seem like high summer. It is utterly gutting when you take them off to discover it is just another dull spring day.

I started wearing shades after getting hit in the eye by a large flying insect and getting grit in my eye on a very fast downhill in the same summer

Just bought a pair of Adidas Evil Eye and am very pleased with them. In terms of design they to me strike the right balance between in your face aggressive and something granny wears.
Completely modular so if you need to replace a part it's not a whole new pair of glasses.

Here. The yellow lense is also photochromatic so you rarely actually need to change them.

Edit: linky doesn't seem to work for me: http://www.planet-x-bikes.co.uk/i/q/CLPRPHTM/power_race_phantom_cycling_glasses

I've never had an eye injury, but on the country roads I'm regularly getting bits of stuff going in my eyes and annoying me, especially little bugs.

After catching a split second glimpse of black and yellow and a small lump on my cheek a month or so ago I decided I should stick with them as I daren't imagine what getting a wasp in the eye would be like!

As to the OP

asos have some http://www.asos.com/ASOS/Hetis-Colo...h=0&pge=0&pgesize=20&sort=-1&clr=Tortoise&r=2

Ray Ban do 'flip out' lenses in aviators and others but you won't like the price.

How about a pair of tinted safety glasses from screwfix?

Those Asos ones are a little bit out there for me! But good to know such things exist.

The Ray Bans wow yeah a bit too pricey! Also aviators seem to generally worn by douchebags these days so I avoid. Also, perhaps a bit too far from the sportiness.

I have some clear safety glasses already which I also use for airsoft, but they're a bit unweildy with helmet straps.

Actually I should check them out - while they are still very sporty, they aren't nearly as arched inwards as the more aggressive ones, having google imaged them being worn, so I might be able to pull them off. Cheers!
