I am not sure on an open forum that I would ever admit to using one, it's not the sort of thing one admits to strangers I would imagine

You'd be admitting it every time you left it somewhere  although it could say 'My bollocks are so big the need a special seat'

There's an interesting review here about the Nexride no-nose saddle:

Conclusion: Nexride No-Nose Saddle is a great idea but it might not suit all of us. Those who can manage with a regular saddle should stay with it, for those who might have medical issues in this area the No-Nose Saddle might be a prefect solution. Who would I recommend to? Probably a daily commuter. If you ride your bike for fun without competing on the road or galloping on the mountains this saddle can be a real fun. It might take some time to get used to but it worth trying.

Out of the ones linked in the article I thought these looked the most acceptable contenders:-

I'd try one but at over £100 each it's a heck of a lot on a risk, seems to make some sense though. Leaves most of the outer forward portion of the saddle allowing control and balance as usual, just skips the middle bit that does the damage.
