I bought these great Nike MTB shoes for myself, but unfortunately they're not fitting me well. Size is 45, but you'd need to have a low metatarsus to wear them comfortably (I have it high). I believe they should be fine if you're 44. The sole is stiff.
Although retro, they're in a great condition and worn maybe a dozen or two times (the SPD cleats are quite worn, but these have been used previously). I can send more close-up photos if interested.
