Peugeot had a bewildering number of bikes, maybe date it by the Helicomatic hub and look for brochures around that time?

Looks 1977-1982 based upon the decals. Only the better ones had fully chromed forks. If you're lucky underneath might still have a sticker with the model number or it's stamped below the bottom bracket.

Simplex SJ810 rear mech was introduced 76, so second half of the 70s seems possible.
