New'old' Peugeot mixte.

Got a nice Peugeot mixte the other day. From the limited research I've done I think it is a 1963 model.
3 speed deraileur & dynamo lights(working). 650B wheels / tyres, interesting brakes.

What's that at the top of the down tube? Is it a grease point for the headset or something?

It's a steering lock I think.

Yes, I think it's an oil point for the headset.
This is as I got it, I'll strip & clean it all soon. Then I think my eldest daughter will be after it!

It's in really nice condition. A careful clean and that'll have a wonderful patina.
