Newcomer but well worn restorer

Hi all, have just joined the group. I have a passion for all things on 2 wheels and have both powered and pedal-powered projects in progress. Have just finished a resto on an 80s Claud Butler 10 speed tourer and very recently picked up a 1930s Hercules 3-speed fo £6 at an auction. Other than a tatty frame and corroded rims it’s in working order. Just trying to decide on what type of resto it might suit; any guidance welcome.

The panniers are off my mountain bike, stuck them on in a fit of madness. I fixed it up initially to make a bit of cash; once finished I decided to keep it; reminded me of my first racer in the 70s.
