Paul it is best if you create an online storage account from somewhere like Imageshack

Upload your pictures to that and then you can share them on the forum using the links.

Ahh that's much better.

It would be a Ritchey seatpost and a Xenon rear mech though (Campagnolo).

On reflection bike is little to big for me, question is do i buy frameset and put components off this bike onto it or stick with it a season and buy complete new bike. Dont get me wrong its comfy but ive overloaded my brain with internet /make sure bike fits posts on forums/. More on reach than anything else hub sighted through drops is out back,Tried shorter stem by 20mm handling was twitchy so swapped back. The components are mainly top notch and rides sweet maybe im getting to paranoid. Road everyday for 3 weeks up to 30 mile a day going to have some rest days and do longer ride maybe a 50k. Saddle sore gone thank god, did some serious climbing yesterday have to admit got up 3/4 up very long steep bit thought my heart was going to pop out lol. Mine you on the way back down brakes were on fire christ you need balls of steel to decend fast on todays bikes .
thanks all paul

Try and source a frame that fits and can accommodate your current parts. In the mean time ride the bike and get your mileage in!

I'd say if you have to ask that question you should get the LBS to do it. A full build is a big place to start your bike tinkering career. It isn't all that hard but there will be at least a couple of potentially expensive tools you will need to do it well that you won't have such as bottom bracket tool and decent cable cutters.
