hi am rob am new on here just a question about saddle height. I know that u put the ball of your heel on the downstroke with a slight bend in your knee which i can do with my right leg. But when i try to do this with my left leg i cannot reach.Does this mean the saddle is to high? or have i got one leg longer then the other lol.

Your body will tell you when the saddle height is correct - adjust it a little at a time and ride the bike for a while until you feel comfy

It does sound like you either have one leg longer than the other or you're leaning to one side.

The other method is to put your heal on the pedal and adjust the saddle until your leg is straight (Your leg will be have a slight bend when you pedal using the ball of your foot).
