New wheel needed

Hi, My rear wheel was stolen from my giant cabriolet 10 speed. I am trying to buy a replacement wheel but I cannot figure out the size. The size of my tire is 24x 1 1/4 does anybody know what size wheel I need to fit my 24 x 1 1/4 tire. And where I can purchase for a cheap price.

Are you sure it's 24 inch? A bit of web research suggests it has 27 inch wheels, which are fairly readily available. Where are you located?
