After 3.5k miles and 15 months, had three punctures from small stones in rear tyre - that seems pretty good to me?

Replaced both tyres today even though front still looked in pretty good shape. (bought a different brand and wanted to match) I wondered how people change their tyres?

I'm thinking I'll swap these round after about 2k miles judging on the life of the last ones...

Replace both as I like my tyres to match (even if the same make you can tell one's new and one's old) but obviously keep the front one in the garage for just in case.

Replace the worn tyre, when it needs it, but I don't worry about swapping front to back, just fit the new one on the tyre that needs it.
