An interesting idea, but it only seems to be planned for platform pedals.

Agreed, plus as I mentioned, it only works for platform pedals, so I'm not convinced this Kickstarter project will kick off.

A couple of things here. Its a combination lock, which a lot of people say are easy to open. Alarms seem to be pretty useless as they are ignored. The cable looks very flimsy but so does the one on my bike. You can cut it with bolt croppers but not wire cutters. With that cable you cannot fasten it round a post.

Pretty useless really.

Neat idea but I can't see it being wildly successful for all the reasons mentioned above. Shame really.

Useless for me. I have no bikes on which I would use that style of pedal (all either SPD, Look or folder). Plus the lock looks like it could cut with pliers
