Depends what you're going to use it for. For short shopping or commuting trips its fine.
You get too size options 43cm or 48cm which is rather odd as that would make the bike very small. I would think they mean 53cm or 58cm. That's very concerning in itself. Its always best to try any bike, at least to sit on so try to buy from a bike shop that can advise you well. Try Halfords, they are the biggest retailer of bikes in the UK and you can see them in the metal.

Dunno about the bike but if you mean 5ft 6in, that is more like 1.67 (and a bit) m
