New software

Hi,

So far I like it. My only problem is I can't find something similar to the my threads or whatever it was called under my name in the old version. I've found one that lets me see all my content and one where I can watch forums, but these aren't quite the same (my content shows all my posts, rather than the threads I've posted in for example). Is it possible to see a list of threads I've posted in or should I just set it so I watch all the threads I post in.

I hope this makes sense. Oh and while I'm here, a darker theme would be nice but not essential.

I've set mine to automatically watch threads I post in, as that way I can also manually watch threads I'm interested in, but haven't posted in yet. I much prefer this than the old "My content" page, which didn't sort things properly.

Not sure how best to watch your existing threads though - one by one I suspect.

Hi Mozzy, yeah that works for new stuff and I think I'll do what benb has suggested. It's all the existing threads. It's not enough to put me off the new software I have to say and I suppose it lets me get rid of some threads I had contributed to that I'm no longer interested in.

P.S. And I've just noticed the Alerts at the top. That's cool!!!

It's probably best to auto-watch threads you post in:

http://www.cyclechat.net/account/preferences

... and tick the option for Automatically watch threads that you create or when you reply...

Once I've got the old software up and running in a temporary location you can nip back and get the "missing" thread info an re-watch them.
