Now that's a good question. I'd say for a start, the c2c would top my list for a starter. My riding oppo wants to do Cape Wrath, but the logistics of getting there are not easy from what I've read!

I did the Outer Hebrides by Brompton staying in bivvy/hostel. Great roads, no traffic, plenty weather!!
Cape Wrath sounds the fun option....
