new jump dirt bike?

hi im looking for a new jump/dirt bike for around £300

can anyone recomend a good bike for this price both for jumps and for mountain bike racing.

does the gt tempest suit what i want to do?

please recomend any better ideas .

i've always liked the trek bruiser one but i think they stopped making them a while ago
