Hi all.
A few weeks ago I started riding again to stay fit. Using MapMyRide to track myself outside, and have a trainer in the basement when weather doesn't cooperate. My daily rides are usually 4 to 6 miles. Times have been coming down, speed has been increasing. I'm feeling better already.
