New Bottom Bracket

im after a new bottom bracket, but which one!?

i keep seeing the ceramic ones from people like FSA, but what are the advantages or disadvantages over something like a normal shimano 105 BB?

any info appreciated.

oh, just seen the one from "arcos" think thats right, how well is that rated?

In theory ceramic bearings have a little less friction and should last longer. In practice you're unlikely to notice any difference on either count.
Never heard of Arcos. I've had no end of trouble with Shimano BBs failing on me, though most other people swear by them. If it were my money I'd go for Hope with steel bearing.
