.. After nearly a year and 3500 miles, a lot of which have been down the TPT in the mud my BB is shot, none drive side bearings have seized.

Now, do I buy a like for like replacement (Tiagra) or is it worth upgrading to Ultegra or something else?

Also are they all (HT2) compatible with all chainsets or am I limited to certain ones?
Chainset is the new Tiagra 10 speed triple.

Thanks.

I got a dura ace from CRC a few months ago and it's lovely, and it was hardly anything extra

Cheers Matt, what did you have originally?
Looking on there it's-
Tiagra £11.99
Ultegra £14.99
Dura ace £28.99

Assuming they all fit is it just a slight weight saving on the higher ones or smoother bearings?

Not sure how much difference you would notice, but 3 quid extra for Ultegra has to be worth a punt. The bearings are supposed to be better sealed, though when I went to buy one they only had Tiagra in stock. Not being renowned for patience I replaced like-for-like.
