Just bought a Hope Ceramic "road" BB from Wiggle to replace my Force one (1 season from an expensive BB, I ask you!) not only is it too long, but the non-drive side opening in the bearing race is too big for the crank - meaning that i get movement of the LH crank.

I'm awaiting a response from Wiggle but, in the meantime, anyone else got any advice?

I can't understand what you mean the Force one is expensive, its non ceramic and costs less than £20.

As for the Hope one, I didn't think they did a Sram fit BB, Sram is a smaller axle and stepped compared to Shimano. If you want Ceramic the Sram one is actually very good

bit of a pisser this. I just looked on Hope's website and they state that "All common systems are covered with this upgrade unit - making it ideal for Shimano, Race Face and others"
just not SRAM then. Great.

I had hoped that "others" covered SRAM!
Bollocks!

I'd complain to Hope. "All common systems" suggests at least Shimano, Campag and SRAM. Perhaps they'd be better off producing a definitive fitment list instead of some wishy-washy catch-all/catch-none ambiguity statement.
