I am seriously considering changing my stock bars as I need to re tape anyway. I have been toying with the Idea of 36cm size to be more aero.
I have found some Specialized 36 ones with a 15 mm riser also. Would it be worth the extra comfort? My stem is slammed half of the way as it is. Would bringing it up 15mm just feel the same? Or get the riser bar & slam my stem fully?

Hope you’re having a great evening.

Are these road bars? 36cm is quite narrow.

Often it depends on your shoulder width and 36cm tends to be children's size unless it's for track bars.

I’m only small. Shane Miller GP Lama is much bigger & he uses 36cm.

Narrower bars might be more aero but could be more uncomfortable, as I found out recently. Inadvertently ordered a bike with Deda bars which are measured outside-to-outside rather than centre-to-centre so were 2cm narrower than expected. Didn't think this would make much difference but they caused quite bad wrist pain, going back to the correct width bars completely cured it.

36cm is extremely narrow and unlikely to be comfortable unless your shoulder joints are next to your neck. Try not to base your bike fit on outliers because they are just that.
