I could do with a catavator: the bugger often jumps on my chest at 4 am demanding to go out. There's two flights of stairs, three doors and a necessity to get at least partly dressed beforehand.

This is just like the scene in Rear Window (James Stewart, Grace Kelly) where the lady opposite winches her dog up to her apartment.

Except that the dog gets murdered!
